Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026
We Softwarez LLC (“We Softwarez”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) builds custom software for clients around the world. This policy sets out what personal information we collect when you use this website or engage us for a project, why we collect it, and what we do to keep it safe.
Who we are
We Softwarez LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
- Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
- Contact: contact@wesoftwarez.com
For any question about this policy or about the data we hold on you, write to the address above and we will respond within 30 days.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or start a project, we collect your name, email address, phone number where you provide one, your company details, and the billing information needed to invoice you.
Project material. During an engagement we handle the files, credentials, data samples, and documentation you share with us so that we can carry out the work. Where a project involves access to your systems or to data belonging to your own users, the terms of the signed engagement govern that access, and this policy applies alongside it.
Payment information. Payments run through third-party processors. We see the fact and amount of a transaction; we never receive or store your full card number or your banking credentials.
Website usage. Our hosting and analytics tools record IP addresses, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring sources.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support the work you have commissioned, issue invoices and collect payment, keep our own accounting and tax records, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not use your data to train machine learning models, and we do not use client project material for any purpose other than delivering that client’s project.
Marketing
We only send commercial email to people who have asked to receive it. Every such message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate: a web host, an email provider, analytics, and payment processors. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound to protect it.
We will disclose information where the law requires it, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is ever sold or merged, client records may transfer to the acquiring party, and we will notify affected clients before that happens.
Where your data goes
We Softwarez LLC is a US company operated from Morocco, and our service providers are located in the United States and Europe. Using this site or engaging us therefore involves transferring your information across borders. Where the GDPR or a comparable regime applies to you, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project files are retained for the duration of the engagement and for two years afterwards, so that we can support work we delivered. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as US and Moroccan tax law require. You may ask us to delete project material sooner and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
Security
Data is held on encrypted servers, access is limited to those who need it, and credentials you share with us are stored in an encrypted password manager rather than in email or chat. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send you a portable copy, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to contact@wesoftwarez.com and we will act on the request within 30 days at no charge.
If you are in the EU, the UK, or another region with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to that authority.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for analytics. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may revise this policy. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
