TitleFlow

Turning a nine-week paper title transfer into a five-day orchestrated pipeline.

TitleFlow is a premium SaaS platform that digitizes mobile-home title transfers end to end — replacing a paper-bound nine-week process with a five-day orchestrated pipeline that connects sellers, buyers, notaries and the DMV. It pairs an operations console for the internal team with a seller-facing client portal, wrapped in a Linear/Stripe-inspired editorial design language: deep navy, electric blue, Instrument Serif accents, mono-tracked micro-labels, 12px radii and 1px hairline borders. Shown here as a design-complete demo while the production platform is being built.

Operations dashboard

The operations team's command center. A KPI strip — active cases, average close time, approval rate and revenue — sits above a live case pipeline and an editorial activity feed, engineered so a 400-case workload reads as scannable in about five seconds rather than buried in spreadsheets.

02

Case management

A filterable case index with status pills, jurisdiction tags and assignee avatars, where row-level hover reveals quick actions. Each case detail page brings the timeline, documents, parties and messages into a single, calm scroll — so a case lead always has the full picture in one place.

03

Team & roles

Roster management with role-based access for admins, notaries and paralegals — workload distribution, per-member case counts and an invite flow with scoped permissions, so the right people see exactly what they should and nothing more.

04

Reports & analytics

An analytics surface with two lenses. Operational throughput tracks cases closed, cycle time and bottlenecks by state; the financial view breaks down revenue, refunds and per-jurisdiction performance. Both are export-ready for the team's own reporting.

Seller client portal

The seller's mission control. A hero stepper shows exactly where their title stands — Intake → Docs → Notary → DMV → Closed — beside an integrated activity timeline and recent documents with one-click download, so a stressful process finally feels transparent.

06

Document vault

A clean document vault with search, status badges (Pending Signature, Signed, Uploaded) and hover-revealed preview and download actions — so nothing about a transfer ever gets lost between the parties involved.

In-app messaging

A direct line to the assigned case lead with a chat-tool UX — online indicators, typing feedback and Cmd+Enter send — keeping every conversation attached to its case instead of scattered across email and phone calls.
