Custom SaaS development

Software your customers pay for monthly.

A SaaS product has more moving parts than a website: accounts and roles, every customer's data kept apart, subscriptions and invoices, dashboards, emails and an admin side for your team. We build all of it as one product.

Who it’s for

Is this you?

  • Founders turning a validated idea or a service business into subscription software.
  • B2B teams that need one platform for many customer accounts, each with its own users and permissions.
  • Companies with an existing product that needs billing, multi-tenancy or a serious admin side added.

What you get

Here’s what’s included.

  1. 01Accounts, roles and permissions

Sign-up, team invitations and role-based access, so each person sees exactly what they should.

  2. 02Multi-tenant architecture

One application serving many customer workspaces, with each customer's data kept separate.

  3. 03Billing

Stripe subscriptions, invoices and payment pages; Stripe Connect when your customers get paid through the platform.

  4. 04Dashboards and reports

KPIs, charts and exports your users and your own team rely on.

  5. 05Admin and operations

Tools for your team: user management, approvals, support views.

  6. 06Integrations

Email, SMS, file storage, calendars and third-party APIs your product depends on.

How it works

5 steps. No surprises.

A full SaaS platform typically takes 6 to 12 weeks, depending on features and integrations. Ayoub leads the build and writes the core code, with trusted specialists joining for design or extra capacity when the project needs it.

  3. 3
    Core workflow on staging

The main job the product does, end to end, on a staging link you can use from the first working build. Weekly check-in call plus async updates.

  4. 4
    Billing, emails and admin

The layer that lets you sell, support and run the product.

  5. 5
    Launch and support

Deployed on your infrastructure, 30 days of bug fixes included, then an optional maintenance plan.

Should our SaaS be multi-tenant?

Most B2B products should start multi-tenant: one application, with each customer's data separated by workspace. VEVVO and PerioChart Pro both work this way. If some customers need their own isolated instance, we cover the trade-offs on the discovery call.

Can you add billing to a product we already have?

Yes. Stripe subscriptions, trials, invoices and Stripe Connect payouts can be added to an existing codebase.

Who hosts the platform?

You do. It is deployed to accounts you own, and every account is in your name from day one.

Can you take over a SaaS someone else built?

Yes. We can take over an existing codebase, improve it, and keep it running on a maintenance plan.
